Refund Policy

The clientportugalpro store offers refunds for digital products/services under certain conditions. However, we strongly recommend that you test the service before making a purchase.

Refunds are offered ONLY under the following conditions:

  • We only fully refund purchases made within less than 24 hours. After 24 hours, a full refund is not possible.
  • All other refund requests will be partially refunded, according to the period of subscription used, IF there is an issue on our part that could not be resolved within 72 hours. The clientportugalpro support team will contact users in all refund cases.

Refunds will NOT be issued (full or partial) if:

  • The customer did not like the channel lineup.
  • The customer found another service.
  • The customer refuses to apply the solutions we provide if they have any problem.

How long does it take to get a refund?

If you paid by credit card, refunds are generally processed and funds returned to the debit card in the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 business days. However, in some cases, the refund may take longer to process, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these timelines or delays as we are only the design service provider, not the payment processor.

Each refund normally takes between 20 and 90 business days to be completed, and this timeframe is beyond our control. Our payment processors handle refund requests. We will do our best to refund users immediately after verifying the request and user information.
